All orders over $100 from Duchess Boutique ship for FREE within the US! For orders less than $100, the standard shipping rate is $7 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. The standard rate may be adjusted for international destinations, over-sized or overweight items.

For Local Hem shoppers, we will accept returns for unworn, unused items in original condition with tags attached. All returned items require a Return Authorization number – please do not ship items back without this number, they will not be accepted. Before returning items, please email us for your Return Authorization at info@duchessboutiquenewton.com (subject line: Return Request). All returns must be postmarked 14 days from original ship date. All sale and accessory purchases are final.
